Building-Level Reports

Relevant Insight for the Whole School

Building-level reports are available within three days of completed testing, and provide information that administrators can use to evaluate programs and foster collaboration

Building reports provide:

  • School and student performance relative to:

• Growth
• Proficiency
• Norms

  • The ability to drill down from a school overview to an individual student level.
  • Timely results for all members of a student's learning team, delivered in formats designed to guide decision making.
  • An understanding of what proportion of students met or exceeded growth targets, or fell short of growth targets based on national norms.
  • Convenient online access to reports within 72 hours after testing is completed.

 

Among the reports available at the building-level are:

  • School Overview: gives school administrators a view of proficiency indicators, growth, and performance by grade level.
  • Grade by RIT Band: Displays the count of students in each 10-point RIT band across all grades alongside their projected proficiency probability on the state test.
  • Goal by RIT Band: Use this report to identify instructional needs across the school by 10-point RIT bands across all grades.
